  1. Sauté meat in butter until brown. Add celery, onion and water. Cook until celery is tender, stirring occasionally. Add diced tomato and bean sprouts and cook for 3 minutes longer. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce and brown sauce and stir into chop suey. Cook about 1 minute longer until slightly thickened. Serve over rice. Add rice noodles on top.
