"This cheese ball is wonderful for just about everyone! It's a dessert-type ball, not too tangy. I have a hard time staying out of it once I serve it:)"

  1. Prepare to get messy! Combine cream cheese, garlic powder, cheddar and about 1/2 the package of pecan halves with your hands to form a ball.
  2. On the stove: combine brown sugar and margarine on med-high heat in a deep pot. Stir constantly until it's runny but thick. Add more marg if it's gritty, or more brown sugar if too runny.
  3. Pour over the cheese ball and sprinkle the rest of the pecan halves on top. Serve warm with Triscuits!
