  1. Combine oil, cayenne pepper, garlic in saucepan. Add squash and onion. Saute for 10 min. Add mushrooms and spinach. Saute until tender. Toast or grill bread. Spread cream cheese on bread and add vegetables to sandwich. Enjoy!
