Broccoli & Cheese Seitan

  1. Cut the seitan into thin strips.
  2. Marinate the seitan in barbecue sauce for at least an hour (longer if you have the time).
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, then saute the seitan 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli and continue cooking about 3 more minutes.
  5. Turn heat to low, and add cheese.
  6. Cover the pan and let sit 5-10 minutes. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't burn.
  7. Once the cheese is melted, pour the mixture over your prepared rice.
  8. Serve, and enjoy!
