  1. make paste of liquid smoke and tender quick. Pat on inside and outside of turkey. Place in large plastic bag and refrigerate for 24 hrs. Wash turkey off inside and outside with water. Dry and pat with cooking oil. Put turkey in cooking bag. Poke holes in bag according to directions and put in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 then 6 hours at 250. It may look done but, keep in oven the entire time for fall off the bone goodness. DELICIOUS!!
