  1. boil salmon in water, when easy to flake,
  2. drain,
  3. place in large bowl, and continue to flake until taken apart.( remove any bones if you have them)
  4. add:
  5. diced onion
  6. 4 large eggs (stirred)
  7. crashed crackers (about 2 sleeves)
  8. 1/2 c milk (more if needed)
  9. salt and pepper to taste
  10. Mix ingredients until they form a patty (4OZ)
  11. place in hot skillet and fry until golden and flip and fry on other side
  12. set aside until all are fried.
