  1. mix sugar into warm water and stir until dissolved. then add yeast, stir, add salt and eggs, stir, melt marg or oil ,add and stir. let stand. measure flour into a large greased mixing bowl, add other ingredients ,mix and knead well. It will be sticky so it's good to oil your hands. let rise, to speed it up, I let the mixing bowl float in a sink of hot water after I mix and knead it. after it rises for about 30-45 minutes, or it overflowing the bowl, punch it down and let it rise again. after it has risen the second time, punch it down, form rolls or loaves, 2 loaves, or 24 rolls let rise again, bake in a greased loaf pan or baking pan at 350 degrees for about 25-30 min. or until golden brown.
