  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add bananas and peanut butter; mix well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf ban. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
