  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
  2. Mix the Mashed potatoes, Eggs, and Ranch powder in a large bowl till evenly blended.
  3. In a separate bowl toss wings and hot sauce together.
  4. Drop large spoonfuls of the potato batter into the skillet and flatten cakes slightly with a spatula.
  5. Add tossed wings to pancakes(the same as you would blueberries).
  6. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with shredded cheese just before removing pancakes from skillet. Serve immediately.
  8. (optional) sour cream for dipping.
