  1. In a food processor, finely chop garlic and chipotle pepper with adobo sauce. Add black beans and process until smooth. With blades running, add sesame tahini, fresh lime juice and white vinegar. Scrape inside edges of food processor to fold in any unprocessed beans. With processor running, slowly add olive oil and process until smooth. Mix in salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Enjoy and serve with pita chips, melba toast or tortilla chips.
