  1. Make taco meat with taco seasoning and ground beef according to directions on seasoning packet.
  2. Heat refried beans in small saucepan until smooth. Spread in the bottom of a trifle bown. Layer taco meat over refried beans.
  3. Cream together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over taco meat.
  4. Mix chopped tomato, minced garlic, chopped onion and cilantro together. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and set aside.
  5. Peel and mash avocados in seperate bowl. Stin in half of tomato mixture. Layer remaining tomato mixture over cream cheese/sour cream mixture. Then layer avocado mixture over tomato mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top evenly. Top with drained sliced black olives. Serve with tortilla chips and warm tortillas.
