Saute onion in sesame and canola oil over medium heat until slightly softened. Add cabbage and continue to cook for 1 minute. Add balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Push cabbage mixture to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other until cooked, then mix everything together. Towards the end of cooking, cook ramen in a separate pan. Serve cabbage mixture over ramen and top with chopped peanuts.
