  1. Cook chicken, with salt, pepper, ginger paste, garam masala, garlic, sesame oil and blue agave sweetener in olive oil over medium heat 4-5 minutes, stiring a few times, until cooked through. Add grapefruit juice and orange juice concentrate and heat through. There should be some liquid in the pan.
  2. Divide baby spinach between 2 dinner plates. Place chicken on top of spinach and pour warm liquid from pan over chicken and spinach. Top with raspberries and toasted slivered almonds and serve immediately.
