1. In a large pot over high heat, combine the celery, leek, onion and sauté till getting soft add frozen veggies tomatoes, soy sauce, thyme, ground black pepper, garlic powder and dill weed till sautéed. Than add tomato juice, brown sugar and beef broth.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Than add cabbage and cooked till cabbage is soft.
