  1. Wash and peel squash, and slice approximately 1/4 inch slices
  2. Layer in a baking dish (single layer)
  3. Dot with butter
  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese (grated)
  5. Bake @ 350 degrees until bubbly (golden yellow-brown)
