  1. Cook noodles in 10 cups boiling water and oil. When tender, drain and rinse with cool water and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients. In a large serving bowl, combine noodles with vegetables. Toss gently with sauce and serve at room temperature. Serves 8
