  1. Boil beef tongue with salt & onion. Once tender remove from broth. set aside to cool so you can cut in into cubes. Then boil cherry tomatoes with serrano peppers and some salt to taste. Place cubed tongue in a large pan with about 1 tablespoon of grape seed oil, grill cubes for about 5 minutes then once grilled add the sauce and chiken bouillon and hot water, let boil for about 10 minutes and add cilantro cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes. remove from heat
