  1. Melt together Honey, Sugar, Butter, Milk (I do this in the microwave on med high for about 1 min). Let mix cool.
  2. Add Eggs & SR Flour and stir well.
  3. Pour into greased 1lb loaf tin
  4. Bake at 180C for 30-40 min
  5. Cool in tin, then turn out on rack
