  1. Bring large pot of water to boil. Meanwhile in a large skillet, heat olive oil, then add shallots, garlic and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender. When water boils, add 3 tablespoons of kosher salt, then add linguine to boiling water, cook until aldente(about 8 mins). De-glaze skillet with white wine, then add claim juice, basil, oregano, butter, worcestershire, bullion cubes and clams. Simmer about 20 minutes. Drain pasta & add to clam sauce. Finish pasta in sauce about 2 minutes and serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
