  1. Boil beef for stew portions with onion with salt to taste, 3 whole cloves of garlic,once tender remove from heat and out of water. For the rice use rice and chicken broth & 2 table spoons of butter let boil for about 15 minutes, keep covered. For the Sauce roast peppers on fire care full not to blacken just enough to add heat to them,once done place them in 1 cup&1/2 of hot water add 1 teaspoon of pepper salt to taste and 3 whole cloves of garlic blend in the blender then if too thick add more hot water just not too much or it will become too watery. Use a fine strainer to remove pieces of pepper so they won't get stuck on teeth. Shred beef with hands not too much to have some texture left & grill with about 2 tablespoons of Grape seed oil & once it is warmed up add the sauce until it is all covered use some left over chicken broth, but not too & add about one cube of chicken bouillon Brand Knorr. Let it simmer for about 5 to 10 mins to mix flavors together and remove once boiled. Boil vegetables together in chicken broth & 2 tablespoons of butter for 5 mins and remove from heat & broth. Serve as seen on picture. Hope you enjoy this meal,rice is very filling so I don't recommend you use any sides or breads or tortillas, if you want to use tortillas you may but scratch the rice. A humble recipe from many to come from my home to yours.
