  1. cook groundbeef and diced onion together over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Remove meat from heat and drain fat from pan.Add taco sesoning mix and 2 tbs water. Bring to a boil cook for 5 min. Take off heat.Add salsa to meat and set aside.Scoop your refried beans into the bottom pie crust and spread evenly. Top beans with 1 cup cheddar evenly spread, top cheese with meat mix and lastly 1 cup cheddar on top meat.Finish by adding the top pie crust and crimping the edges together. Bake on a flat sheet 350' for 30 min. or according to pie crust instructions. Serve with lettuce, tomato,onion,salsa,sour cream, whatever you like or enjoy as is!
