Pork Chops with Rice

"This recipe I made just not knowing what to cook for dinner....its easy, 1 pan, 1 plate not alot of mess to clean up later :) I use cajun seasoning and louisiana hot sauce for a kick that my hubby loves BUT I am sure you could omit it. (it makes my rice my rice though....)"

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and cajun seasoning on both sides. Brown in oil. Set pork chops aside but save the juices. In the same pan add the soup, water, the 1/2 packet of onion mix and a couple dashes of hot sauce (to taste we use a few dashes). Heat just enough to dissolve the soup. Turn off heat and add rice. Top with pork chops. Cover and cook 45 minutes. Uncover cook additional 15 minutes. Done!!!
