Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and fry until medium brown. Add minced seranno peppers and tumeric and fry for 30 seconds.
Add potatos, frozen spinach, cayenne, coriander powered, chopped cilantro, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt. Fry, stirring over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until potatos are lightly browned and spinach is thawed.
Add water, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until potatoes are tender. About 10 minutes.
