"This chili has a good flavor; the tomato paste gives a rich tomato flavor to the base. My kids don't like seeing onion or tomato chunks so this recipe makes everyone in our house happy!"

  1. On med/high heat, brown the ground beef in a dutch oven drain off grease. Add onion powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper, stir.
  2. Add the broth, tomato paste, chili powder and sugar. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Add beans and simmer covered for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Add cilantro and corn starch/water mixture during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
