  1. Mix salt, pepper, water, and the egg in a bowl.
  2. Pour egg mixture into a one egg pan, turn up heat to medium(5)
  3. While cooking mix cream cheese and chives together set aside
  4. Let it sit for about 5 minuets the take a flexible spatula and flip the egg "patty"
  5. Now put the cream cheese and chives on one half of the egg "patty"
  6. Make a slight indention in the middle the egg going all the way across and fold put on a plate add the chedder cheese on top and voila you have a cute ready to serve omelet!
