Noodles by Donna

"Homemade noodles-who can resist 'em??? Especially when they are pared with chicken, beef,or pork, and onions, and garlic, for a stick to your ribs, on a cold day meal? My friend Donna gave me this recipe a couple of months ago. She was an Iowa farm wife, who was used to working hard, and feeding her family hot Iowa comfort food on a cold winter day. She says these swell up more like dumpling when boiled, but are they ever GOOD!!!"

  1. Mix all ingredients together, and roll out on a floured surface into thin sheets. Slice into noodle sized strips. Let dry over night. When dry place in plastic bags, and place in the freezer. Measure out what you need for whatever dish you are making, and cook until tender in broth. Serve with the meat of your choice. These will plump up as you cook them.
