In large stockpot, bring water, onion, lemon, celery, garlic, and 3 tablespoons of creole seasoning to a boil. Add Potatoes and sausage, boil for 10 minutes. Add corn and boil for 5 more minutes. Add Shrimp and boil for 5 minutes. Remove 1/4 cup of liquid from pot and drain. Spread out on newspaper lined baking sheet.
In a seperate saucepan, Whisk butter, saved liquid, and teaspoon of seasoning over high heat until well combined. Pour over your boil and dig in!
