  1. Cook Potatoes until they are done but stiff.
  2. Drain off water and set aside
  3. Place 1 1/2 cups Milk and Half and Half into a sauce pan on medium temp. and heat till it Just starts to boil.
  4. Immediately remove from heat and set aside
  5. Fry Bacon. (Save Grease)
  6. Sauté Onions in the Bacon Grease
  7. Add Scaled Milk, Potatoes, Clams with juice,and seasoning
  8. Add Seasonings
  9. Bring yo a slow simmer stirring occasionally.
  10. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes
  11. Thicken by adding thickener to the last 1/2 cup Milk and adding slowly
