  1. Put water on to boil. Preheat oven to 350. Take your bread and butter it and sprinkle on the granulated garlic. Place in toaster oven and toast, you could use a regular oven also. Take out and slice in half and put it in the food processor pulse a couple of times until the consistency of bread crumbs. Take out and place in a bowl for later.
  2. Process your cheese, set aside.
  3. Spay a 8 * 10 inch baking pan with olive oil spray.
  4. In a large pasta pot melt butter then whisk in flour to make a roux. Let cook a few moments to brown a little, then slowly whisk in the 2 cups of milk. Then add in the onion, garlic, paprika, chives, basil, bay leaf. Stir often and let it get thick and creamy. About 15 minutes. Remove from heat add 3/4 of the chesses. Stir well Set aside
  5. Cook noodles al dente, follow directions on package. Drain noodles, put the drained noodles into the big cheesy mixture. Stir well to mix everything together.
  6. Pour mixture into the pan. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top. Add the rest of the chesses and then sprinkle the bread crumbs on top. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes
