  1. In a bowl combine protein powder, flour, baking soda and salt- set aside
  2. In another large bowl combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and beat until creamy
  3. Beat in egg and gradually add flour mixture
  4. Stir in chocolate and nuts
  5. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes on parchment lined baking sheet
  6. Makes 12-14 tablespoon size cookies
