Summer Sangria

  1. 1. Slice oranges, lemons, and limes into 1/4 inch slices.
  2. 2. Remove green stem from pineapple. Slice pineapple vertically into quarters, leaving skin intact. Slice each quarter into four chunks.
  3. 3. Place all fruit in one large, non-reactive container (or divide equally between two containers). Pour remaining ingredients over fruit and let sit for at least 8 hours, 24 hours preferable.
  4. 4. Just before serving, add lemon lime-soda and stir gently. Serve over ice, and garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
