  1. 1. In a medium saucepan, bring the Group “ A “ to boil, reduce to simmer for 1 minute.
  2. 2. Put Group “ B “ into a mixing bowl and mix well. (Note: If you use Chicken bouillon cube, Crumble and dissolve in simmering water.)
  3. 3. Carefully pour Group “ A “ into Group “ B “ stir to dissolve
  4. 4. Gradually add Group “ C “ into Group B
  5. 5. Set aside to cool down then remove ginger and scallion for later use
