  1. slice cucumbers and tomatos and place in medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. mince shallots, roughly chop capers and dill.
  3. Mix yogurt, sour cream, capers, dill, shallot, spash of vinegar, and juice from 1/2 lemon until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss sauce with cucumbers and tomatos. Flake salmon and add mixture stirring until mixed. Keep in the fridge before serving.
