  1. Chicken Rollups:
  2. Coat Chicken Breasts with Italian dressing, marinading for a couple hours if possible.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Lay Chicken on flat working surface.
  5. Place Basil Leaves, Cheese, and Roasted Red Peppers in center of each Chicken Breast.
  6. Roll up chicken.
  7. Wrap 2 slices of Prosciutto around each Chicken Rollup.
  8. Secure with water-soaked toothpicks.
  9. Using grill basket, grill for about 20 minutes, turning once, or until chicken reaches 165 degrees.
