"A milder sweet-spicy habanero sauce, but can be made hotter by adding more habaneros. I chop the peppers and garlic in a mini food processor to ensure there are no large chunks in the sauce. It goes great on anything, but mostly we eat it as a dip/salsa with tortilla chips."

  1. In a small food processor, finely mince the habaneros and garlic. Add the drained peaches and process until pureed. (Using a small food processor will finely chop the peppers so that there are no spicy chunks in the sauce)
  2. Transfer to a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Store in a large mason jar in the refrigerator. Will keep for at least a month.
