  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly oil a baking sheet with olive oil and place in oven while preheating.
  2. Mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. (I make my crumbs in my mini-chopper with whatever bread I have on hand.) Seasoning can be adjusted to suit taste but be careful not to over-power your intended sauces.
  3. Roll into bite-sized balls and place approx 1" apart on preheated cooking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 mins, turn balls and bake another 8-10 mins until slightly browned.
  5. Keep warm in crock pot or on warming tray with sauces on the side for dipping: Sweet Baby Rays BBQ, Alfredo, Marinara, Honey Mustard & Hot Mustard are favorites.
