  1. Directions:
  2. Soften cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute. Mix in chicken, sauce, bacon, pepper jack, and 1 1/2 cup of cheddar. Mix well until blended. Spoon into a baking dish (usually use 13x9"). Cover dip with remaining cheese and sprinkle on some red pepper flakes.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees until top is golden brown and bubbling! Usually about 25 minutes or so. Let it sit about 10 minutes before serving so that it can settle and then enjoy!
  4. Serve with Frito's Scoops and some celery sticks!
