"Chunky homemade salsa so fresh tasting nobody will ever guess you used canned tomatoes. Great with tortilla chips, on eggs, or with Mexican food. Note: If you have access to fresh cilantro instead of dried, use it! it makes a HUGE difference in taste."

  1. Chop onions and peppers into small cubes, and set aside. Finely chop garlic and cilantro. Drain canned tomatoes, and put into a blender or food processor. The add the onions, peppers, garlic, cilantro, cumin, and vinegar. Blend until you reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
