  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef on medium heat for 10 minutes or until browned; drain. Add the garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the tomatoes, salt and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. In a serving dish, combine the pasta, ground beef mixture and basil and toss. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
