  1. Puff Pastry: Put 1/4 cup butter cubes into food processor. Add flour and pulse until butter is completely mixed. Add remaining cubed butter and pulse until pea-sized pieces remain. Add cold water evenly and pulse until ragged dough forms - don't let it ball. Roll out into a rectangle between two pieces of wax paper. Cut into three strips
  2. Filling: Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  3. Add filling to pastry strips. Roll the pastry closed around the filling. Place in fridge for 30 mins.
  4. Cut into 1 inch pieces and place seam down on cookie sheet.
  5. Brush beaten egg on top
  6. Bake at 425 for 15 - 20 minutes
