  1. Whisk together milk, water, cocoa powder, sweetener, cinnamon, cayenne, and nutmeg in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in oatmeal, reduce heat to low and simmer until porrige reaches desired consistency, stirring frequently (about 5 minutes).
  3. Serve hot sprinkled with pecans.
