Pour cans of potatoes in a large pot with the liquid. Drain one can of green beans and add to pot. Add second half of green beans with the liquid. Add the ham, diced onions, pepper, and crushed red pepper. bring to a boil and then cooked on medium heat for 15 minutes. May be cooked longer at a lower heat or in the crock pot for several hours.
