Spaghetti Bolognese


"I made this as dinner to bring over to my KKG Little Sis, husband and new baby. It was perfect to feed them and give them leftovers for another night. I would make this again when having a group of people over or even take it to a potluck. You could also make this on a weeknight and freeze in single serving portions for the nights you’re too busy to cook dinner."

  1. 1. Combine turkey meat, beans, garlic, onion, zucchini, bell pepper, carrots and mushrooms and cook on high heat until meat is no longer pink. Break up meat with a fork during cooking.
  2. 2. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, spices/herbs, salt and pepper to the meat mixture. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti noodles. Follow directions on box.
  4. 4. When meat sauce has thickened, spoon over cooked noodles and enjoy!
