  1. In a large bowl combine the wheat flour, pkg of yeast, salt, then add the warm water and oil.
  2. Stir together with a spoon until it is almost the consistancy of Marshmellow Whip(that's what it looks like!)
  3. Stir in as much of the white flour as you can.
  4. At this point you can turn out the dough to knead on the counter, but I prefer to just knead it in the bowl. Knead until it's moderately stiff, elastic dough.
  5. Divide it in half, cover and let rest for 10 min.
  6. Grease 2, 12 inch pizza pans and spread the dough by hand onto the pans, covering whole pan.
  7. Bake at 425 about 12 minutes or until brown.
  8. Top with favorite ingredients, and bake another 10-15 min until done.
