  1. 1- cut all strips bacon into 4 pieces each, and brown
  2. 2- turn up to high heat, add peppers, onions, garlic, and cilantro. then saute
  3. for 10 -15 minutes , remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes
  4. 3- pre heat oven to 425° and in a large bowl beat eggs, cream, sour cream, salt, and pepper
  5. until well mixed
  6. 4- in a med bowl mix shredded cheese and cooled pepper and bacon mixture together and place in pie shell, and pour egg mixture over it
  7. 5- place a metal pan 1/2 filled with water on the lowest rack in the oven, and place quiche on the middle rack , and bake for 15 minutes, lower temperature to 350° and bake for 25 minutes
  8. 6- cool for 10 minutes and serve
