  1. 1. Heat oil in saute pan.
  2. 2. Add onion & celery and saute until soft.
  3. 3. Add the crab meat, coconut, mayonnaise, mustard, chives, parsley, and breadcrumbs to the onion/celery mixture. Mix gently to preserve the integrity of the crab.
  4. 4. Form into 6 cakes.
  5. 5. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped, fresh cilantro and a lime wedge.
