  1. Finely mince a small onion, or use food processor and then add it to and mix it into ground beef.
  2. Roll out into 1 inch meatballs.
  3. In a non-stick skillet brown all sides.
  4. in a bowl place all the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  5. If cooking in the skillet add to skillet, cover and simmer one hour.
  6. If cooking in oven add everything into a oven proof 13 x 9 dish, cover with foil and cook at 350 Deg. for 45 Min. remove foil and cook 15 more min.
  7. If in a crockpot add all and cook on high for 5 hours of low for 9 hours.
  8. If using a skillet or oven you may need to add the extra can of milk for more gravy.
