"This is a summer tradition here on the Jersey Shore. (For a large crowd you need a bunch of grills) Each guest assembles their "pot" at home and brings it to the beach or party. (it seems people are very picky about seafood so, they can custom make their own) Very messy but delicious!"
Preheat grill (should medium hot.) Use double strength lasange tin. Rinse lobster, scrub clams, and mussels, and potatoes. Assemble all ingriedients in the tin (except beer) placing corn and potatoes on the bottom, cover with seafood, pour beer over all, seal tin with double covering of aluminum foil.
Place on the grill. steam until the clams open, and the antenna on the lobster pulls out easily approx 15 minutes
