  1. Chop onion and cut up chicken breasts.
  2. Place in crock pot with 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Stir in frozen veggies, cook for additional 30 minutes
  5. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees, cook biscuits
  6. Serve on top of biscuits with side of coleslaw to get your enzymes.
  7. Coleslaw: 1 bag of shredded cabbage, 1 carrots shredded, mix in 4 table spoon if veganaise w/ fork
