"I moved into a new apartment and hosted some good friends for brunch. I threw some stuff together hoping it would turn into a quiche, and here is what resulted."

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a pie pan with a fork.
  2. Once incorporated press out to the sides of the pan with your fingers.
  3. Refrigerate until the filling is done.
  4. Mix the eggs, cream, and cheese.
  5. Dice the peppers and mix in with the filling.
  6. Add the salt and pepper.
  7. Pour filling into the shell.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
